WIOA Tuition Assistance Funding

Pharmakeia has partnered up with the Denver metro area Workforce Offices as an approved training vendor. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Offers a variety range of workforce development activities including tuition assistance for those who qualify. Scholarship Programs 

If you are a 2024 high school graduate or received your GED in 2024, you may qualify for our Opportunity Next scholarship. Apply to the program to find out!

Payment Plan

Deposit and registration fee must be paid in full prior to the first day of scheduled class, unless other arrangements have been made.  Detailed schedule payment plans will be provided to student who are enrolled in our program.

 

*Note: Course must be paid in full prior to the last day of class. Once the course is paid in full, students will then be able to receive a certificate of completion as well as voucher for PTCB exam from our school after completing the course. 

Payment Type Accepted

Pharmakeia Pre-Pharmaceutical School is now accepting various forms of payment, including checks and cash, in addition to major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Payment plans are also available for all our students.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Students not accepted to the school are entitled to all moneys paid.  Students who cancel their contract by notifying the school within three (3) business days are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.  Students, who withdraw after three (3) business days, but before commencement of classes, are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid except the maximum cancellation charge of $150.00 or 25% of the contract price, whichever is less.  In the case of students withdrawing after commencement of classes, the school will retain a cancellation charge plus a percentage of tuition and fees, which is based on the percentage of contact hours attended as described in the table below. The refund is based on the official date of termination or withdrawal. 

Withdrawal/termination 

  • within first 10% of program 

  • After 10% but within first 25% of program

  • After 25% but within first 50% of program

  • After 50 % but within first 75% of program

  • After 75%  if paid in full, cancellation charge is not applicable 

Refund  

  • 90 % less cancellation charge

  • 75% less cancellation charge

  • 50% Less cancellation charge

  • 25% less cancellation charge

  • ANo Refund  

Note: Cancellation notification should be in writing and sent by certified mail or hand delivered to the administration office. To help school better serve its students, an exit interview may be requested upon cancellation
